. Samsung India Electronics Pvt. Ltd. presents offer (“Donation”) on Galaxy Watch4 (“Device”)

where the customer will be eligible to receive one Watch4 Strap @ Free Cost on its Purchase

, 2022 until stock expiration.

2. Customer may purchase Device in both Offline and Offline. Online shopping can be done

in the Samsung E-store (later called “Online Outlet”), and offline purchase

can be done at selected Samsung stores (hereafter referred to as “Offline Outlet”).

Customers are advised to check the availability of the app before purchasing the Device at

Outlet.

3. Purchasing a Device in an E-store (Online):

A. If a customer buys a Device from an Online Outlet, they will need to complete it

payment of the amount as declared at the appropriate place during the Plan.

II. Device Price as it is on the Offline list will include all taxes.

III. When purchasing, the customer will need to fill in the required details as stated in

customer delivery region, where the Device should be delivered.

The Device and Covers will be in “As It Is” and will be delivered in stock

availability.

6. Through the Program, it will be assumed that customers will give you their consent
